Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Shopfleet, a service for managing several Shopify stores from one place. By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to them. If you use Shopfleet for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-factor authentication. You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including what the team members you invite do within the roles you give them.

2. Connecting stores

You may only connect Shopify stores you own or are authorised to manage. Shopfleet acts on your stores only when you or your team ask it to — through bulk edits, rules or imports — and within the permissions you approved in Shopify. Your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own terms.

3. Changes to your stores

Shopfleet shows a preview before a rule is activated and keeps snapshots so rules can be reverted. You are responsible for reviewing previews and the prices, stock and other values you choose. Changes made directly in Shopify, by other apps, or after a snapshot has expired can't always be reverted by Shopfleet.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through your Shopify account unless agreed otherwise. Free trials end automatically; you won't be charged unless you choose a plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other customers' data, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Your data

Your store data and content remain yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Shopfleet running and your changes reliable, but the service depends on third parties such as Shopify and is provided “as is”. We may update features over time and will give notice of significant changes.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Shopfleet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Shopfleet and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure, we delete your workspace data as described in the privacy policy.
